Everything is BIGGER in Texas

Tonight we went to Big Lou’s and shared one of their 42” pizzas.  Definitely an experience.

 

Time for School

The girls started school at Fort Sam Houston Elementary today.  They loved their teachers and are ready to go back tomorrow.  We are so proud of how they have been through the move.

After school they were excited to see Pop-Pop.  We couldn’t get Funf here by plane so Pop-Pop drove him down.  We are all excited to have the next couple days with him.

Up Close & Personal

Aunt Moe came to visit this weekend and we drove up to the Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch.  The girls enjoyed driving through the park and throwing food the the animals.

      

The Zebra didn’t care for the small bits of food Delia was throwing so he reached in the car and took her whole bag.

            

Deep in the Heart of Texas

Today we made it to San Antonio.  It took two taxis to fit all of our stuff but we did it  :)

Off to our Next Adventure…

This morning we left Germany and headed back to the United States.  We had a layover in Baltimore and were greeted by Mom, Mama, Lori, and Keira! After we got settled at the hotel we met up with Karyn, Kimberly, and Mike for dinner.

Home is Where the Army Sends Us

Today we had to say goodbye to all the amazing friends we made while in Germany.  We spent the afternoon at the bowling alley and were so thankful to have so many people come see us off.  We enjoyed one last dinner with our friends the Browns.  Then I had a final ladies night with Barb and Lacey.  Germany has been an amazing couple of years!

Tonight Brian escorted the girls to the Daddy-Daughter Princess Ball.  The girls looked beautiful and Brian looked handsome in his new dress blues :)

   

Up, Up, and Away

Today we were lucky enough to have a tour of planes from different countries.  The girls enjoyed climbing through the cabins and pretending to be pilots.
