Month of the Military Child

April is the Month of the Military Child.  Today the girls had fun at a special event held for them on base.

Today Kaitlyn had Opening Ceremonies and her first game.

Delia’s soccer season began today.  For 45 minutes every Thursday the parents will do their best to keep their 3 & 4 year olds contained.  Today Delia had one potty break and 6 water breaks during her practice.

Delia had a new ballet teacher today. She had a great class and got glitter on her hands as a treat.

Support our Troops

Our Family Readiness Group is selling cookbooks.  The cookbooks have over 150 recipes including Historical First Lady Favorites, German Cuisine, & wonderful resources.  The books cost $10.00 (plus $3.00 for shipping or free if you can pick it up from my Mom).  All the funds raised will be used for a welcome home dinner for Brian’s Unit when they return from Iraq.  Just let me know if you are interested.  Thanks!
