SLEEPY HOLLOW - The firefighters of Union Hose Engine Company No. 2 are putting together a care package for a fellow member who is on his second tour of duty in Iraq.

Army Sgt. Brian Roussel, 26, who enlisted in the Army right after the Sept. 11 terror attacks, joined the Sleepy Hollow Fire Department in 2002.

Roussel's wife, Connie Ann, and their two daughters, Kaitlyn, 6, and Delia, 3, are living on an Army base in Germany.

"This care package is a collection of support for our fellow member, his unit, his wife and two small children," said Tom Cavalieri, the company's secretary. "We would like to send goods, letters of good will or anything else. It is a great way for the community to thank them for their service to our country."

The package will be shipped by the end of April.

Donations can be dropped off at the Sleepy Hollow police station on Beekman Avenue or at Union Hose at 129 Cortlandt St.
